- The film opens with Eileen watching a couple kissing and masturbating to it. She shoves snow down her pants to calm herself down.
- Eileen masturbates at work. You see her hand going up and down under her skirt. She sniffs her fingers when she's done.
- Eileen finds a bar of soap with some pubic hair on it and inspects the hair.

- The climax of the film revolves around a monologue detailing how a boy was regularly raped by his father up until the boy killed him. While nothing is shown onscreen, it is certainly unsettling, and does describe sexual acts.
Violence & Gore
- Mrs Polk is tied up in a basement after an offscreen fight; she is held at gunpoint by Eileen and Rebecca and eventually shot in the chest. The bloody wound is seen in detail as the other women restrain her and force-feed her sleeping pills until she is knocked out again. She later dies when left in a car filled with engine smoke.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- There are two jumpscares involving shootings, both of which are quickly revealed as fantasies of the main character.
- There are several intense sequences in the final act, including a long scene in which a woman tied up in a basement is threatened at gunpoint before being killed.
