  Beverly : I said some horrible things to you the other day and I wanted to say I'm sorry.

  Beverly : My dad was a drunk, he did all these horrible things and he'd always say 'Sorry, it won't happen again', and he'd just do it again. So when you apologized the other day, it just triggered me.
