A complete drama. A must see piece.

Why do I recommend this Kdrama? Because it gives you hope that you may find love from those people that you have hurt in the past.

Superb acting, beautiful faces, best casting, amazing screenplay, brilliant script and direction. There is not even a single scene which you need to edit.

Kim Hyun Jo is a beautiful, elegant actress- a complete picture of a lady with passion and arrogance. She played her double role with ease and full understanding between the two characters. She carried the costumes, makeup and attire exceptionally well. Both Jo Jin Jo and Kim Hyun looked so beautiful with each other and their chemistry was undoubtedly amazing. Their love and hate relationship, the ups and downs of their lives, can easily be felt through their eyes. Both at the same time, can be mean to each other and can fight for each other's dignity too.

The writer-director duo has made each & every character as a unique personality.

This drama is a masterpiece and should be kept in library for coming generations to watch.

Too long and too repetitive

Warning: Spoilers
I believe in the theory of six degrees of separation as much as the next person; however, the sheer number of coincidental meetings between ALL the main characters just left me gobsmacked.

The ex-wife had an identical twin sister whom she'd never met but suddenly they run into each other at a car park and end up switching cars. The ex-wife is on the verge of a breakdown and the twin is heavily pregnant and was being pursued by dangerous people who wanted her dead, instead, it's the ex-wife who gets pushed down a ravine. Even though she survived she had no memory of her past and when she runs into a guy who turns out to be an ex-boyfriend, he took her into his home and gave her employment at his law firm.

It turns out this ex-bf is the brother of the woman who had an affair with ex-wife's ex-husband. Ex-husband is the CEO of the company that employed the pregnant twin and it was ex-husband's brother-in-law who had attempted to murder the pregnant twin.

Still with me?

Ex-husband's BIL had a brother who was a doctor who rented a room from the ex-wife's mother. The pregnant twin had by now given birth to a daughter who needed serious medical care for a rare disease and it just so happened that only the BIL's brother offered this treatment.

Even writing this review is making me chuckle because what in the af were the writers inhaling?

Anyway, now the ex-husband sees his ex-wife, only she's lost her memories and no longer remembers him. Meanwhile, he's still dating the woman (the aforementioned sister of the ex-BF who took ex-wife in) with whom he'd had the affair, and this woman was hell-bent on ensuring only she got the ex-husband.

And so the wheels went round and around for fifty episodes. Rinse and repeat. I was cursing the me who decided it was a good idea to watch this. Oh, well.

Twisted perception of love

Warning: Spoilers
Despite the great acting I personally could not understand how they married again. Not only did he cheat, essentially psychologically tortured her, to the point of her su*c*de, but his family was horribly corrupt and unbearable, and not only that but he blamed her for the death of her child (you can't blame someone who is simply good at her job). The FL also had a lack of respect for herself, she always listened and conformed to the mother in law's degradation leading her to bow to the mistress to not take her husband (???)

I think the most unfathomable part is how people like the ML, he is so insufferable, having lead on the mistress and then discarding her once he finally got the high off of her; what's really sad is how the mistress is the one to be blamed for all of this when part of it was ML's choice to allow her to keep progressing the relationship. He is absolutely disgusting in how he hit FL and was mad at her even though he is the one who cheated. The logic that FL was "being too cold" or she "did not give him enough love" was absolutely not acceptable to not be faithful to his wife as-she too-is also grieving the death of her child (he also did not support her in those times). Typically I don't prefer the second lead but FL should have definitely chosen the second lead as he not only helped her in times of hardships but understood her.

Overall, would not recommend watching 50 episodes for a relationship built on mistreatment, dead nostalgia and incompatibility.
