With the first snow of winter a group of concierges brought together by business mogul Joey Gibbons meet for the first time to reimagine the typical luxury ski vacation. The team gets off to a rocky start as Elise's city sensibilities clash with her colleagues' laid-back mountain attitudes. Their first clients are a trio of fun-loving best friends looking to do anything but ski. Meanwhile, things quickly snowball for Elise, Kendra and Charlotte when their hungover client panics on a gondola during a surprise gourmet excursion.

Following the dining disaster on the gondola, Elise and Tamara are left to figure where to place the blame. Jim makes a surprising connection with this week's new clients - six children - but his decisions get him in trouble with Elise. Meanwhile, Kendra takes on a mountain top vow renewal where a wardrobe malfunction threatens to derail the ceremony. A concierge dinner turns tense as Bobby confronts Kendra.

Jim and Lynsey's newest clients are old snowboarding buddies who force Jim to an extreme adventure that pushes his injured knee to its breaking point. Bobby's new clients, who call themselves "Vancouver Royalty," make requests that cause problems for Kendra. Elise gets back to her roots in the kitchen and adds fuel to a fiery group dinner that leaves the team divided.

Reeling after Elise's uncomfortable accusations, Bobby meets with Tamara to give his side of the story. Kendra works a sexy photo shoot for clients from LA and tries to repair relations with the team. Lynsey's adventure skills are put to the test when a client gets cold feet. Jim makes an effort to understand Elise's management style, but at the weekly review dinner, tempers flare.

With tensions at an all-time high, the staff decides to boost morale with a group bobsledding experience that leaves one team member in the dust. Kendra and Jim find a new respect for each other and Jim's frustration with Elise hits its peak.

In the wake of Elise and Jim's shocking argument, team morale is at an all-time low causing a major alliances. Jim has his hands full when he oversees a mountain excursion with an Olympic champion and a group of novice skiers. Elise gets a taste of home when her family comes for a visit, but after throwing Tamara under the bus in front of Joey, Tamara is forced to make some tough decisions about the fate of the concierge team.

When a manager position opens up at Gibbons Life, Jim jumps in as the temporary boss, but Bobby has other ideas about who should take over. The week proves to be a challenge for Jim when two sets of clients stretch his managerial skills to the limit. Back from her grandmother's funeral, Kendra confronts Elise about their friendship. Can Kendra let go of her deepest fears and open herself up to Whistler?

Now that Jim is established as the manager, he has one week to show Joey and Tamara that he and his team deserve to come back for another season. Bobby is unhappy with the decision to promote Jim and sets up a meeting with Joey to get answers, but a hangover threatens his credibility. Jim is faced with a difficult client who wants more than what he is willing to offer, causing Bobby and Charlotte to question his leadership skills. Meanwhile, Lynsey is fed up with her partying clients and tries clever ways to keep them satisfied and away from the booze. With one week left in the season, will the Gibbons Life team prove they have what it takes for another season at Whistler?
