- A teen boy shows a teen girl a porn video on his computer. The video is not shown, but loud moaning can be heard.
- A woman shaves the leg of a teen girl (to show her how), while she is in the bathtub, and her nipples are slightly visible beneath the water (in a wide shot).
- A teen girl is nearly raped. She is shown running away in her panties and shirt.
- A teen's breasts are visible through a wet nightgown. Shortly thereafter, a teen boy helps her take it off to prevent her from getting sick (only bare back is shown). They then have sex with her on top. No actual nudity is shown.

- This movie is intense from start to finish. The apparent abuse of the girl at the beginning may be considered upsetting. The creature scenes may also be considered extremely violent or intense.

Sex & Nudity
- A young woman in monster form strips off her clothes. Some shots of her bare breasts and butt (under heavy makeup) are very briefly shown.
Violence & Gore
- A monster is seen attacking a woman. It rips her shirt and pants off presumably to rape her. She bites the monster in the neck and it falls back dead. This is found to be a hallucination and the monster was actually a man. The man dies from bleeding out from his neck.
- A man tranquilizes the monster and attempts to steal her baby by slitting her belly open. She grabs a torch and burns him with it, then bites into his throat killing him.
- A teen girl is assaulted. Her dress is ripped off of her. She takes a big bite out his neck, killing him.
- A man sedates a young pregnant woman and cuts into her abdomen in order to take out the baby. There is some blood. She escapes. Then, another man stitches her up.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- The appearance of Anna after she transforms into a Wildling is unnerving to look at
- Anna discovers her mother was shot in the head when she was a baby, and was taken in by her mother's killer
