Four families check into a treatment center run by Dr. Jenn Mann to work on problems with their loved ones. Bam Margera, joined by mother April, comes to work on mending the family members he tormented and to get sober; Tiffany "New York" Pollard aims to show her mother Michell "Sister" Patterson she can no longer be bossed around and controlled; Brittany and Briana DeJesus need to fix their sibling rivalry; and Dina and Michael Lohan want to mend their relationship for their children's sake.

Sister Patterson continues to be resistant to treatment, despite Dr. Jenn's best efforts. Meanwhile, Hip hop mogul Damon Dash and his brothers Bobby and Jeremy join the other 4 families in healing years of fighting. Michael finally does something about Dina's alleged lies.

The other families start to take sides in the Lohan war, but relations between Dina and Michael grow worse when they try to sit down with Dr. Jenn. Meanwhile, Bam continues to detox, and everyone works on the power dynamics within their families.

Tiffany's frustrations with Sister Patterson's behavior in therapy continue to grow. But her relationship with her mother isn't the only issue she may have to deal with. Meanwhile, Brittany and Briana try to work through their sibling rivalry.

In a shocking process group, Tiffany shares a secret that will change her relationship with her mother forever, and Bam reveals something he's been hiding that will test his sobriety.

April can't seem to shake her old habits of enabling Bam, so when Dr. Jenn brings in a body language expert, it becomes a painful and powerful wake up call. Meanwhile, Brittany and Briana have a therapy session with their mother that will alter their family forever.

Still reeling from the recent news about her Dad, Brittany begins a quest to learn the truth about her past. But an exercise away from the treatment center proves especially difficult for her. Meanwhile, the Dash brothers prove they still need more therapy.

A therapeutic exercise takes a dramatic turn when Michael's rage is triggered, putting all the families and especially Dina, in harm's way. Meanwhile Brittany receives a visitor that sheds light on her past, while Tiffany starts to display troubling symptoms during her pregnancy.

Now that Bam is sober, he's starting to realize the torment he's put his parents through, especially when it comes to money, so Dr. Jenn brings in his dad Phil for a session in order to work through years of issues. Meanwhile, the Dash Brothers continue to struggle working through their problems, but a meeting with Dr. Conte changes everything. And Dr. Jenn continues to push Dina Lohan to face her troubled past.

As therapy is coming to an end, Sister Patterson continues to deny Tiffany's pregnancy, but when another member of the family comes to visit, it has serious consequences. Meanwhile, time is running out for the Lohan's to make peace with one another.
