After waking up and discovering that he has undergone gender reassignment surgery, an assassin seeks to find the doctor responsible.

The drug addicted Sebastian Jane owes a large amount to the powerful mobster Honest John Hartunian and the hitman Frank Kitchen is hired to kill him. After finishing his assignment, he meets the nurse Johnnie in a bar and has one night stand with her. Soon Honest John double-crosses him and abducts Frank. When Frank wakes up, he learns that his gender was perfectly changed and now he is a woman. He also finds instructions in a tape recorder and medicine and hormones to be taken. Frank is mentally disturbed and calls Johnnie, asking to stay with her during his recovery and while planning his revenge. Two years later, the unethical Doctor Rachel Jane, who lost her license of plastic surgeon, is interrogated by Dr. Ralph Galen. She admits that she hired Honest John to bring Frank Kitchen to her and performed the surgery in Frank to affect his mind and give him a new chance in life as woman.
