- Very lengthy sex scene going close to two minutes showing a man and a woman having sex and him begging her and moaning. He grows smaller as he cums and floats into her vagina. Female nudity is show throughout.
- A woman attempts to get revenge on her dead unfaithful husband by sleeping with his best friend. This scene involves extremely graphic sexual dialogue. The woman gets on top of the man to have sex with him, but he resists her and they end up not having sex.
- A man discovers at his wife's funeral that she died while preforming oral sex on another man
Violence & Gore

- Plenty of infrequent violence, Lots of gore and blood.
- A group of faceless henchmen beat a man badly and begin to hang him. His assailants are bloodily dispatched (mostly offscreen), but we see blood flying in all directions and watch one of the assailants cut in bisected graphically in slow-motion.
- A prolonged and intense fist fight leaves two men extremely bloody.
- Several vikings engage in a bloody melee. Graphic blood and gore is shown, but the camera cuts fairly swiftly away. Among the gory images glimpsed are: a man's head split in half by a sword blow in a shower of blood, a man's severed arm flying free from his body and spinning through the air while spraying blood, and many bloody impalings and stabbings.
- Multiple men have their eyes gouged swiftly with a hot knife (the camera neither blinks or lingers).
- A man is shot with literally hundreds of arrows. This scene is not particularly bloody since the man's body literally disappears beneath the shower of arrows so that he resembles a pincushion.
