- The majority of the film takes place in a commandeered ambulance with an EMT, an injured cop, and two bank robbers. The interior of the vehicle is cramped and the characters are often yelling and threatening each other while also being chased by the cops. Extremely tense and claustrophobic throughout.

- The almost constant violence throughout is intense.

- The two of the main characters commit many crimes during the film.

- Two people perform an emergency operation on a man. They are seen opening his abdomen, pulling his spleen out, then grabbing the bullet and attempting to remove it as his spleen bursts and a shot of blood goes into her face. This entire scene is graphic, with copious amounts of blood everywhere, and is very disturbing and hard to watch.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- One of the main characters becomes increasingly mentally unstable, acting increasingly irrational and violent, threatening allies and enemies.
