It would have been a bad TV show. But bad acting has interfered. And because of bad acting this is worse than a bad TV show. So it's on the Web. Because nobody wanted to buy it.
I assume the born dead TV show graveyard is full of better shows, most of them with a better budget too. But maybe the budget is not the main problem.
