- A pilot wearing a helmet is killed when a clawed hand smashes into his face. The helmet obscures the death and very little blood is seen.
- A man places a gun in his mouth and it is implied that he committed suicide, nothing is shown but the gunshot is heard.
- A person is strangled, this isn't shown but instead heard. He is then thrown onto the ground and his head is stomped on, this happens off-screen but blood is shown spraying.
- This episode is infamous for its extremely gory and graphic opening sequence.
