A mutation of the rabies virus, B249 has been transmitted to humans. The infection initially broke out in the North of Sumatra and only needed 20 days to get the entire continent exposed. Now, three months after the first case, we have given up the fight. Infected people attack every single living creature they find on their way; only a bite is enough to get infected and the effects appear after a few seconds. A mutation of the rabies virus, B249, has been transmitted to humans. The infection initially broke out in northern Sumatra and it took only 20 days for the entire continent to be exposed. Now, three months after the first case, the fight has been abandoned.

The infected attack every living thing in their path; one bite is enough to become infected and the effects appear within seconds.

Even wild and domestic animals are infected.

Being bitten by a wild animal infects humans, although the effects will take time to manifest themselves.

There is no electricity, no communications, no army, no government.

A group of five survivors flees to the countryside, far from populated areas. Among them is a young man with Asperger's syndrome.

Strangers take them into a house in a small village, a house bordered by a high wall that protects them from the dangers lurking outside.

They soon discover that there is another group of survivors in the village at odds with the inhabitants of the house where they are staying.

They discover that not only are there infected in the village, but that they are moving through the woods and along the roads.

Food and firewood for warmth are scarce, so it is essential to venture outside in search of food despite the danger.

The boy with Asperger's syndrome disappears and his friends decide to go looking for him despite the warnings of the inhabitants of the house.

Finally a group goes out in search of him, but what they find is not what they expected.

From this moment on everything will get worse, dangers lurk both outside and inside the wall of the house.

Winter is approaching.
