Brennan continues to show an utter lack of competence, although to be fair he's not helped by some poor line delivery that means scenes are pretty incomprehensible on first viewing.Sue comes to Jayden's rescue but the idea of her being clobbered when Paul does worse on a daily basis is ridiculous.It's telling what an annoying character Steph is that even Jayden comes across as more likable than her.
It's one step forward and at least two back for Kyle and Amy.It's a shame, given that Amy actually comes across as quite endearing with the way she talks about him, but Kyle does actually have a credible reason for turning her down, although the good work is undone by the unnecessary Shay complication.
