A cop calls for EMS to come out to Old Hickock Road. It's already been established that the road isn't known by that name any longer. Fern couldn't find it on a map, Mike told her that names change, and the old timer outside the store said that he hadn't heard it called by that name for a long time.
Her Army uniform bears a rank insignia but her cap does not. Army wears in both location.
In the opening montage of a bunch of forest scenes there is a shot of a snake crawling on the forest floor. The snake shown is a Ball Python AKA Royal Python (Python regius). Ball Pythons are native to Africa and would not be found in the wild in the Ozarks where this film is suppose to take place.
Mike gives Cecil his phone after taking his picture, later on he asks Cecil if he deleted his own picture. Cecil answers about image outside of the body, suggesting he did delete his picture. If Cecil grew up in the back woods and lived in the woods, how would he be able to navigate a smart phone and delete a picture without being around such devices.
When Sreaves and Cecil are burning down his old house, they're throwing rocks at it, and each time, there's the sound of glass shattering. But looking at the house, there are no visible windows or anything else that they could be breaking with the rocks.
