"Screw you guys, I'm going home."

Warning: Spoilers
This show has so far done well with its characters. Even for a comedy, character arcs are essential, which a lot of shows forget and focus solely on the humour content.

MASTER OF NONE delivers a strong premise, with gradually developing characters. Three episodes in, I have already become a fan. Dev's dilemma when he's unable to find a companion to go the concert with seems a bit forced to me. But it plays out well. Rachel is a good thing they've brought to the show. I'm looking forward to seeing how their paths are going to cross again and what'll ultimately become of them.

P.S. Cartman impressions were on point!

Like a great Rom-Com!

So. Much. Real. In this episode. Anyone who's ever felt blown off by a girl or guy who was super up for meeting up in person, then fades inexplicably over text will feel this one. Aziz Ansari continues to crush it with this funny exploration of the misdirected decisions we make when trying to pick the person we go out with. One nightmare date later, he finally runs into the cutie from the first episode and they have a magical night.

Nina Arianda is deliciously over the top as Alice. And, the reappearance of Rachel is very welcome, with a coda that's rom-com genius. When I complained that I want them to be together, my +1 said "It's Jim and Pam." We'll shall see. Even if not, I'm loving that this show goes there. Totally hooked.
