The printed main title "That's That!" was prepared for the 1930 Laurel & Hardy short "The Laurel-Hardy Murder Case" when "That's That!" was a working title. It was eventually not used when it was decided "The Laurel-Hardy Murder Case" would be the film's title.
Although it has been accepted over the years that this film was compiled in 1937 and presented to Stan Laurel for his birthday in June of that year, there is reason to believe that, due to some circumstances in Laurel's life and at the Hal Roach Studios, this film was actually prepared for Laurel's birthday in 1938, not 1937.
