In Papa Desi's church there are 3 posters of women in suggestive poses, almost nothing seen, but the second one has a boob and vagina seen.

There is a lot of violence and a extense arsenal. Sharp and heavy melee's, three types of pistols, four types of shotguns, three types of machineguns, chainsaw and a string trimmer, lots of pyrotechnics, a few grenades and four types of mass destruction weapons.

NPC's often kick dead bodies and yell "Take this with you!", they also can kick you when they're angry but it's unlikely, the Postal Dude can kick whatever, whoever and whenever he wants.

Postal dude calls his dog "stupid dog", just at the start.

You can press "Y" (by default) to flip people off, and Postal Dude can say: "Fuck you", "Fuck you, buddy!", "Fuck off" or "Go fuck yourself".

Just in the start of the game there is "Damn", "Hell", "Stupid", "Crap" and a cutted off "What the-".

A lot of f-bombs coming from Postal Dude along the story.

When Postal Dude is harmed he yells things like "shit", "fuck", etc.

When NPC's are startled they make yell "Sweet lord, no!", "Oh my god!", "Holy fuck!", "Jesus", "Christ" or "Holy shit!".

Postal Dude's casual jokes are "Buttsauce", "Cause' you're f-ugly", "And one for your mother", "You damn dirty apes", etc.

"Dick", "Moron", "Idiot", "Ass", "Bitch" is also used frequently.

Some mexican swears like "Chingando (screwing)", "Pinche (Damn)", "Wey (Dumb)" are used as well.

Terrorists say "Allah", "Infidel" and other stuff.

There are some beer bottles across the map as a decoration.

There is a Healthpipe that can heal you and make you an addict to it.

If you kick at the air in the street the peds can ask you "Are you on crack?".

One guy says "You can never really own beer" while peeing.

There are some Healthpipe stores.

You can consume Catnip, and it will slow time.

There is an arcade game called "Crack-Man".

There are a few references to being high.

If you burn weed you gain HP and get high.

Just in the start, Champ (the dog) jumps off the car (that's escaping from a nuke). Nothing that scary though.

Postal dude suffers some hallucinations due his head wound, it may take you by surprise but it's not that scary.

Just as in the base game, you can make peds beg and cry if they're low on health, even though they're cartoonish and comic it can disturb someone.

Some ambient sounds may be kind of disturbing.

More abandoned places than the base game, this time creepier.

Very intense game with a lot of gunfights.

Some NPC's can be heard begging for help along the story and free mode while they're about to die, not coming from the Dude.

You're trapped in numerous places while in danger and you have to escape, usually no real time limit.

While in the vents you can hear some robotic sounds that may surprise someone.
