Writer, Producer and Director Francis Xavier was born and raised on the mean streets of Baltimore's Edmondson Village and spent a lot of his childhood in the projection room of the old Tower Theatre on Charles and Saratoga Streets. It was there, while his mother managed the place, that he became captivated with the movies that loomed larger than life on the big screen, and it was there that he made his first attempts at writing his own.
