- During the scene at the Court of Owls, the Grandmaster looks upon a "resurrection coffin". Inside the coffin is the body of a nude woman. Her rear is visible from the side, but her breasts are covered by her arms. Nothing else is seen. Other bodies are seen at a distance in the same state.

- Dollmaker has his heart ripped out.
- Batman and Robin's fight is very intense
- Batman is drugged and forced to relive his Parent's death. It's very bloody.
- During a hallucination, Batman is shot many times by an adult Damien this is bloody.
- An assassin uses Robin's scythe to kill himself. This is violent but bloodless.
