Blooper
When Dr. Shepherd and Dr. Torres are talking to Hillary about possible causes for her fall before they take her into surgery (at about 11:27), Dr. Wilson is standing bedside next to Dr. Shepherd. Then, in the scene where Drs. Robbins, Karev, and Herman are having the "naked resident" conversation (approx. 15:38), Dr. Wilson walks up and joins the conversation. It then immediately cuts back to the 1st scene where Dr. Shepherd and Dr. Torres are talking to Hillary before her surgery (approx. 16:34) and Dr. Wilson is still standing next to Dr. Shepherd and it appears as though she never left Hillary's room or the conversation.
