The markings on the tail show it to be with Fleet Logistics Squadron 30 (VRC-30) the "Providers" which is based at Naval Air Station North Island San Diego, CA. The F/A-18 Super Hornet seen taking off had the letters 'NE' and a dragon on the vertical stabilizer which means it's from Strike Fighter Squadron 192 (VFA-192) "Golden Dragons" which is part of Carrier Air Wing 2 (CVW-2) and is based at Naval Air Station Lemoore. Another is a Lockheed C-130 Hercules with Niagara and the number 79281 on the vertical stabilizer.
