  Catherine Chandler : And since every person that I care about has been put in danger because of it, it's my responsibility to fix it. Look, we have a victim, right? We know who did it. So why hide it? Let's just build a case. Prove that Liam's the one that killed her, and move on with our lives.

  Tess Vargas : [scoffs]  You make it sound so simple.

  Catherine Chandler : It is simple. This is our Get Out of Jail Free card. This is our golden opportunity we need to get out from underneath all this.

  Tess Vargas : So, we treat a superhuman monster like a regular perp? Arrest him? Then what?

  Catherine Chandler : I don't know.

  [Tess cocks her head at her] 

  Catherine Chandler : I don't know, but I know that we can't keep doing this by ourselves anymore. There's a limit to what we can do. I think that if we can get together enough cops to corner Liam,

  Catherine Chandler : he's not gonna use his powers. Not in public, anyway.
