Chief Deputy Art Mullen (Nick Searcy) tells Katherine Hale (Mary Steenburgen) that the man who shot him "got his balls blown off and then gut-shot",
But in the previous season's finale, Daryl Crowe, Jr. (Michael Rapaport) was shot in the neck, not in the gut. Chief Mullins got the rest right, though.

When the scene cuts to the radio station and "The Crow Show", you can see the host of the show talking, supposedly 'on-the-air'. However, the 2 different broadcast consoles are both dark, and of the 5 audio meters shown, none are moving. Also, the cart machines just past the announcer are dark. There would at least be lit "Stop/Ready" buttons if they were powered up.
Raylan tells Tim to turn the radio at the house to "AM 1194". There is no such assigned frequency in the US. The closest is 1190, and there are no Kentucky stations assigned to 1190. Nor are there any in neighboring states close enough to be heard in Harlan, Ky.

Raylan instructs the undertaker to move his mother's body from their family plot for reburial in the city cemetery. "Only her." he says, before explaining that his father, Arlo, can be reburied in a pauper's grave. However, no mention is made of his Aunt Helen, his beloved stepmother, who was also buried there in the second season and whom presumably he would want reburied with her sister.
