- A teenage boy has his fingers smashed with a hammer, and the severed head of his mother is placed on his lap until he reveals information to his torturers.
- A man punches a woman hard on the nose, causing her to bleed heavily.
- A soldier sustains gruesome wounds from a grenade and shoots himself in the head with a pistol, splattering blood over the wall behind him.
