Clumsy waiter Mitchell having been bought by his authentic competitor, Louis hires real cowboy and experienced waiter Wyat, whose lasso tricks enchant the clients, yet misses his friend, feels jealous of the competent charmer and wants to fire him, but eve when Mitch agrees to return, neither has the guts to sack 'too perfect' Wyat. Desperate for a cultural peer, Eddie is delighted when he gets to welcome a Chinese classmate, until he finds Philip was adopted and raised by Jews and has nothing in common with his Chinese heritage or his rap age taste. Jessica however thinks cello-playing A-student Philip the ideal role model, even agrees to let them attend a concert together, but Philip's own sneaky side kicks in.
