When Thawne runs away with Eddie, two objects are left behind in his wake. When Barry runs after them, the objects are no longer there.
When Barry is in the burning building he moves his arms fast enough to create a vacuum to put out the fire. However, creating a vacuum to put out the fire means the trapped people in the room won't have any air to breathe.
Towards the end, Joe fires three bullets at the same time that travel inches away from each other. Since Joe doesn't have super speed, it's impossible for him to fire a bullet, pull the trigger when the first bullet had only traveled inches away from the gun, and then fire yet another bullet while the first and second are still inches away.
Only Iris gets electric discharge when she touches Barry. Out of the thousands of others persons and meta-humans that touched Barry, not a single one ever got such a discharge.
And Iris also doesn't get it every time they touch.
Seems it was just added to make Iris conclude independently that Barry is Flash, so that Barry or Eddie or those several persons who know that don't have to tell her that, thus not violate their promise to dad Joe.
Barry says, "He has security footage set up everywhere!" Security footage is the actual videotape (or film, or digital file) that is taken; what Barry should have said was, "He has security cameras [or devices] set up everywhere!"
