During their road trip, Derek and Charlie discuss visiting Sleeping Giant Park. At the time the movie takes place the Sleeping Giant was the name of a rock formation, but the surrounding park was named Sibley Provincial Park until renamed in 1988, nearly 20 years after the movie is set.
