Good episode

Warning: Spoilers
All in all a great episode, we got to see another problem that spreads to all nations and countries with a suprising twist. Leann Lei's (Tammy) acting was touching, especially that last part where she explains why she committed a murder.

Left with differing aftertastes

Warning: Spoilers
Nice and uplifting, with the overall slave traffic rescue story, and it was good to see the the development of Brennan's supervisory relationship with Arastoo. However, the minor outcome showing the arrest of the Chinese worker left a sour taste in my mouth. She had come to the US out of love, and, as was stated in the script, her actions resulted in the release of scores of women from slavery. The script appeared to go to some effort to justify her actions, but there was no dramatic resolution showing her either clapped up for life or heading out on a justified path towards the freedom she clearly (from the script) merited.

Trafficking

Warning: Spoilers
When an Asian girl is found murdered, it leads to all kinds of implications. She has been working as a maid to a very wealthy woman. There are connections with a man who was supposed to be looking after her. Ultimately, this man proved to be a trafficker of young Chinese women, threatening their families back in China if they didn't follow his ever demand. In the second plot we have Arastoo being turned down by Brennan when he presents his PhD topic to her. This really hurts him. But he is proud and Cam goes to Brennan to point out that she is being unfair. These kinds of things never work out well with Brennan. There is now a rift that has to be dealt with.
