Sex & Nudity

  • Kate and Humphrey flirt throughout the movie. in one scene, Kate thinks Humphrey wants to have sex with her (she says "Oh! Full moon" and giggles sexually), but Humphrey tells her Runt's missing.
  • One of the villains calls Kate "sexy".
  • Kate and Humphrey kiss at the end.
  • Daria's former pack only has about 2 or 3 female wolves (including Lois, Daria's sister). The movie kinda implies they're used for breeding, but it's not 100% clear.

Violence & Gore

  • this is the first movie in the franchise to have 2 death scenes. the first death scene happens at the beginning of the movie and in Daria's flashback, where Daria's mom was killed by other wolves. this is completely off-screen, but we still hear growling, beating and what appears to be sounds of Daria's mother being possibly strangled.
  • Floyd hides in a bush and watches in horror as Daria's mom gets killed. The camera's focused on Floyd's reaction, so nothing's shown.
  • there's a fight scene near the end, where Kate and Humphrey battle the bad wolves to protect Daria. A little blood can be seen briefly, but it's not graphic at all.
  • a wolf snaps another wolf's neck. the sound of neck snapping can sound pretty painful.
  • in the second death scene (that happens on-screen), the villain's killed by the ghost of Daria's mother.
  • in some scenes of the movie, it's implied that the main villain (Head Wolf) also killed a few other wolves in Daria's pack who disobeyed him (presumably Daria's dad too) but they never show it.

Profanity

  • the usual language of the first 3 movies (mostly "damn" and "hell").
  • God's name is mentioned about 2 or 3 times (one used as god damn).
  • name calling (idiot, moron, psycho, retard, jackass etc.).
  • the word "ass" is used about 3 times.
  • at one point of the movie, Daria almost calls the villain "a steaming pile of dog-shit" but she's interrupted before she could finish.

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • this movie's the darkest chapter of the franchise so far, dealing with betrayal, responsibility, redemption, murder, family and acceptance.
  • the ghost of Daria's mother appears a lot in the movie. this might scare little kids.
  • Runt's nightmare earlier in the movie may be short, but since it's shown in a dark and gloomy way, it can scare younger kids.
  • it's implied that whoever goes in the cave and sees the ghost gets tormented psychologically, but it never happens onscreen.
  • Daria's backstory is pretty emotional and tragic.
  • the movie's climax can be pretty intense to some watchers.
