- Several soldiers are killed by a fire-breathing spider including being pulled underneath a car, only his feet disappearing under the car is shown
- At beginning of the film, a man is shown tied to a chair and being badly beaten on his face. A second man is standing nearby talking and saying threats. All three are actors performing a scene
- Soldiers and several characters are seen holding guns but not shooting people, just aimed at the fire-breathing spiders
- Cars and buildings are seen exploding on fire
- Young man has his upper arm bitten and fire is shown on bite mark. It is put out and a large burn mark is seen. Young woman is shown with a bite on lower leg, survives but later show going into shock and believed to have died
