A handful of cutscenes depict fully clothed characters engaging in sexual acts; in one sequence, two women perform fellatio on the central character--the camera cuts away from the act.

The game also includes a strip-club setting in which a topless pole dancer appears ("pasties" cover her nipples).

Throughout the game, you use machine guns, pistols, shotguns, and melee weapons (crowbars, knives, wrenches) to kill human enemies.

As you fight enemies, you will frequently hear screams of pain and realistic gunfire, and sometimes the killings are shown in slow-motion.

Endless uses of "f**k", "sh*t", "c*cksucker", and everything else.

During the course of the game, defeated enemies sometimes leave cash and small bags of drugs behind; players are permitted to sell the drugs to dealers for cash; the dialogue also references drugs ("I know my weed from my weed" and "I'll set you up with...dope.").

This game is rated M for excessive violence, constant swearing, and strong sexual content. Not for kids.
