- A woman complains about a sharp tooth and another woman grabs a file to smooth it, which quickly becomes sensual. Brief shot of the woman's breasts can be seen at one point. Starts at 22 min mark. It pans down slowly and then back up quickly so it's very easy to look away for.
- A woman opens a book and is disgusted when she finds erotic art on two pages. Disgusted and shocked, the woman tears the pages of the book.
- Sex is a major theme of the movie. The sex scenes are very graphic and detailed, and include multiple different sex acts and positions.
- Two women undress each other. Nudity is obscured.
- The first two sex scenes between two women are the same scenes, but in different perspectives. First scene is much shorter and less graphic. Second sex scene is longer (over four minutes long), and includes oral sex, digital penetration, and tribadism.

- Strong sex scenes include a man thrusting into a woman, and female characters engaging in oral sex, digital penetration, 'scissoring' and the use of sex toys. There are also brief scenes of BDSM activity in which male and female characters sustain, after being whipped, weal-like injuries to their buttocks. - A man and a woman begin kissing in a bedroom, implying that sex occurred as the next scene shows the bedsheets covered in blood. It is later revealed that she only cut her hand to stain the sheets as she refused to sleep with him.
- A man kisses a woman's breast before being drugged by her, and wakes up with no underwear or pants on. His butt can be seen for a few seconds.
- A woman hears another woman moan in another room, implying that she's having sex with a man. The same scene repeats from a different perspective, where the woman is actually masturbating under a futon whilst a man watches. Woman moans and screams, but nothing is seen underneath the futon.
- Jars of genitals are shown in the hidden room.

- Torture scene involving individual severing of fingers
- A man cuts the fingers off another man, one by one. Blood is seen on the cutting blade and there is a shot of the fingers being discarded into a pail. In the same scene, a drill bit is driven through the hand of the tortured man. The violence is implied.
- A man cuts off another man's fingers one by one with a paper cutter. He then drills a hole in his other hand. We see the severed fingers as they are thrown into a bucket. Brutal, but mostly offscreen.
- Another woman tries to hang herself from a tree but is caught and saved by another girl below.
- We see a creepy basement filled with jars of severed genitals.
- Two men die from mercury poisoning.
- A woman cuts her hand with a knife. We see blood drip onto a mattress.
- A woman transfers opium-laced wine into a man's mouth and he passes out.
