- There's many scenes that can be hard to watch. This movie can be severely shocking. There's a few scary jump scares. Close to the end, some scenes can be very sad and gory.

- The mother is seen in her underwear and a shirt in the opening scene for a couple of seconds before putting on her pants. At another time she's laying on the floor in her underwear and bra after vomiting in the toilet - this scene lasts for a minute.
Violence & Gore
- The main character is attacked by the monster many times, then she is seen with deep bloody wounds on her neck and face. Much blood is shown.
- A little girl is hurt in a car accident and her forehead is seen bleeding.
- In one scene, a bloody severed arm is seen landing onto the bonnet of a car which was occupied by the protagonists.
- The monster is seen grabbing and attacking a woman through the car window, before it slams a man against the windscreen of a vehicle.
- The monster repeatedly claws and bites into a woman while she flails helplessly.
Profanity
- A great deal of foul language, especially used in anger towards a child.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- The death scenes can be severely scary, gory and shocking. During the first minutes of the movie there's a car accident, the main characters suffer from mild pain. And a wolf lays dead on the road from the impact with the car.
