3 years after the events of The Challenger 2: UNLIMITED, Rick Sledge AKA THE CHALLENGER (Aramis Neal Pacitto) has tightened his grip on crime in L.A. The Mafia, headed by Ricci (Dino Mazza), is on its last leg. Walker (Chika Mafiana), the once deadly hitman, has lost his edge. However, Ricci's army and Walker have one last plan to kill the Challenger once and for all.
