- Again, this is a virus simulation, therefore you may see news about people dying from the virus you make, which can be both mildly violent and scary.
Profanity
- One use of "damn" in the mobile trailer, but not in the game itself, nor the evolved trailer. Some users can use profanity in custom scenarios, but neither PEGI nor the ESRB rates this, so therefore its usually parental discretion.
Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking
- There is an ability that can be more effective in wealthy countries, called "Drug Resistance 1/2", which can be a drug reference. Otherwise, neither smoking nor alcohol is referenced.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- The game is meant to be a disease simulation game, where you have to wipe out humanity, before the humans try to cure you. Because of this, some sound effects may be scary to young children, but is more PG-like. You also have to kill humanity, with symptoms that can be deadly, and also scary.
