Oliver Queen : We can talk about you giving your enemies silly code names later.
Barry Allen : You mean, like, over coffee with Deathstroke and the Huntress?

Barry Allen : Okay, when I came here thinking 'bout going out and helping people, you said I could be an inspiration.
Oliver Queen : Living this life... well, it takes more than a mask. It takes discipline. And since you are probably as stubborn as I am...
[Oliver brings out his bow and arrow]
Barry Allen : W'ya... What is THAT for?
Oliver Queen : You're gonna run over there, you're gonna come back at me, and you're gonna get hit with an arrow.
Barry Allen : [laughs] No, I'm not.
Oliver Queen : [laughs] Yes, you are.
Barry Allen : Okay. Fine. I will humor you.
[Barry runs up the field]
Barry Allen : Ready?
Oliver Queen : Ready.
[Oliver fires an arrow at Barry, he runs towards Oliver and catches it]
Barry Allen : Nice try.
[Hidden arrows behind Barry strike him in his back]
Barry Allen : Gah! Ah! What, you shot me?
Oliver Queen : I heard you heal fast.
[Oliver pulls the arrows out of Barry's back]
Barry Allen : Ahh! Oh, God!

Oliver Queen : My identity is a closely-guarded secret known only to a few and, if it were to get out, will endanger my family, my friends, and it would embolden my enemies to retaliate at me through them.
Felicity Smoak : What Oliver is trying to say is that he had a lovely time working with you and getting to know each of you, and he can't wait to do it again soon.
Oliver Queen : Right.
Cisco Ramon : You know, it didn't sound like that's what he was saying.

Oliver Queen : There's one more thing and you're not going to like it.
Barry Allen : Does it involve you shooting me in the back?
Oliver Queen : No. No, the heart.
[looks over at Iris]
Oliver Queen : That's not gonna work out for you. And you need to let her go, for both of your sakes. Guys like us don't get the girl.

Oliver Queen : Barry, I have been living this life for almost eight years, encountering things that you can't even fathom, and I am still alive. Not because super-speed kept me out of the ground. It was because I realized that I needed to keep learning, keep training, keep getting smarter, and until you get that, despite your best intentions, you will do more harm than good.
Barry Allen : I finally see it. You're a little bit jealous of me, aren't you? For a guy like you - handsome, rich, can have any girl he wants - jealousy's probably a new emotion for you, so you might be a little slow to get what it is that you're feeling.
Oliver Queen : That's your theory?
Barry Allen : Absolutely. So you can train, lift weights, climb that stupid barn till your heart explodes, but you'll never be as fast as I am. You'll never be what I am, and that's got to hurt your rock-hard pride, Ollie.

Dr. Harrison Wells : Mr. Queen, I met your father once. Charity event. One of the things we spoke of was you. I think he would be very proud of the man you've become.
Oliver Queen : Thank you. And, please, call me Oliver.

Barry Allen : Uh, well, since you guys are here, why don't we team up? I'll help you find your boomerang man, you can help me find my super rage-a-holic.
Felicity Smoak : We'd love to.
Oliver Queen : No, we'll handle our business and head home.
Felicity Smoak : The fastest way to find out everything we need to know about the boomerang is to sic S.T.A.R. Labs on it.
Oliver Queen : Enough people know my secret identity.
Felicity Smoak : Fine. I'll go. They already know who I am. You can drop me off and I will meet up with you later.
Barry Allen : How 'bout I give you a lift?
Felicity Smoak : Whoo!
[takes Felicity and speeds off]
John Diggle : Man, that's not freaking you out?

Oliver Queen : Okay.
Barry Allen : Okay, what?
Oliver Queen : Okay, we'll help you catch your bad guy.
Barry Allen : Great. Meta-human.
Oliver Queen : I am not calling him that, Barry.

Felicity Smoak : Harrison Wells and Barry's cop foster dad both said you were dangerous and a bad influence. Barry defended you.
Oliver Queen : You're gonna hawk me about this until I say yes, aren't you?
Felicity Smoak : I'm a hawker.
