Above-average quirky drama with lots of diversity

The episodes are brief so you don't get to know the characters super well, but the ones you do meet are written with warmth and it still feels novel watching sympathetically written, diverse LGBT characters on TV. The Bethany Black episode in particular is a standout in its nuanced depiction of trans life.

A good companion to Cucumber

This companion series to Cucumber is all about embracing diversity and different characters. The episodes can be a bit uneven, but there are some real gems to look forward to. The second episode and the very special last one come to mind.
