Sex & Nudity

- Lots of references to porn and porn dvd covers shown with nudity on the covers. Also man in underwear and shirtless man.
- Woman's breast is exposed briefly in a sexual assault. Again, her breast is exposed when sleeping and her T-shirt slips.
- The same woman is later shown sleeping in a very loose shirt and as she rolls over her breast is fully exposed. Briefly clear and then blurry in the background for the rest of the scene.
- The woman is shown watching porn--it's shown on the tv with just some motion and audio. No nudity.
- Man kisses woman passionately, kisses and nuzzles her breasts, pressing her against a wall, then lifts her long skirt and has sex with her. She urges him to slow down, then states she's sore as he thrusts and groans. Nudity is only cleavage and his buttocks.
- Man has rear entry sex with a crossdresser or transgender woman in back seat of car with vigorous thrusting until they are interrupted.
Violence & Gore

- At the first-half of the film we see a man who hit repeatedly the head of a man with a phone until he dies. (Very graphic and gory)
- There's a plan to use laxatives to hasten the exit of drug packages from the carriers' bowels, but no gore is shown.
- Bloody scenes are strong, but usually brief. Not much gore is shown, except for a toe that is cut off and turns purple.
- Vicious dogs are set upon a person, we hear screams, but we only see a frantic montage of attempts to escape, no gore.
- Lots of fighting and blood, severed toe, decapitation, shootings, blood. Many people are killed.
Profanity

- Numerous F bombs, use of the term "nigger", sh* and considerably more.
Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

- Background centers on drug dealing of cocaine or heroin. We see a package of white powder, but no visible usage. Occasional smoking and alcohol but brief and not emphasized.
Frightening & Intense Scenes

- Some of the scenes of gory violence are sudden, and some are shown close-up.
- A favorable character's death may be upsetting.
