- A main character shoots and bashes the head of a monkey to kill it. It is then cooked over a fire and characters eat from its torso, arm, and brain. The monkey's face is seen burned and shows its skull.

- The protagonist cuts open a lump on his forehead and pulls out a worm from it and throws it in a metal bowl -- it wiggles rapidly. He then squeezes blood from the wound and it oozes out falling into the metal bowl with the worm in it.
