- Scene of man walking through street with multiple women selling their bodies for sex. Later, a reference is made to him having previously slept with prostitutes.

- Several newborns are stabbed to death. Woman is seen stabbing into their cribs in hospital nursery while parents and security try to break into room. Blood is shown but no extreme gore and baby bodies are not shown.
- A woman slices open her throat with a scalpel. Blood is shown gushing out shortly.
- Kindergarteners are shot to death (offscreen) by a fellow, young student. Shooter is shown putting the shotgun in his mouth then it cuts to his body under a tarp with blood shown on wall behind his head.
- Many school aged children are killed (offscreen) when an adult jumps into their school pool with a car battery charger. A young lifeguard tries to intervene and is shocked and killed by the adult.
- A suicide bomber detonates in the lobby of a movie theater when many children are present. People outside are shown being thrown away by bomb's blast, most likely killed. Not graphic. Stuffed animals are shown among fire and debris.

- he body bag is lifted off a dead woman's head. Her eyes are rolled back into her head, only the white is seen. Then, her eyes move to look at the investigator.
- The ghosts or the demon's victims (children and adults) are seen briefly.
- Many babies and young children are murdered. While we do not see the deaths graphically or directly, the methods of murder are very disturbing.
- Disturbing scene of child who murders other children and pulls the gun on himself. Though only sounds are shown, the blood spatter trail of the child who killed is very disturbing.
