mafia type film. good story, lots of action and plot twists.

Lots of action and comedy mixed in with this film. Story revolves around an extremely atypical mafia type and his relationship with his "family". Loyalty trumps all. And if you screw with one of the family you will suffer the consequences. Anticipating some character development with any character who actually survives this film if the director pens a sequel. There are some themes involved which may shock you----including nuns. Hope that doesn't qualify as a spoiler. I was impressed with the performances of actors/actresses including but not limited to William Lee (don't 'f' with this guy), Tiki Von Synthe (she's just mean), John Jonczy (motive driven), Steven A. Guynn(hilarious) Myra Zimmerman Grubbs (gorgeous), Corum Sanford (future star if not there already), Sherrie Allen Bowen-Slutzky (somewhat devious), Lola Magdalene Scott (tempting), Louis Banks(champion---look him up), and others involved. I might be mistaken, but I think I also saw some established Hollywood staples like Mel Novak and one of the Estevez boys as a cameo. I would be remiss if I didn't mention Bill Koruna and Harlow Keith's scenes. Every time those two showed up on screen I couldn't help but to literally laugh out loud. For goodness sakes, how can you have a character named Dingleberry and not just laugh. Merry Christmas.

I totally enjoyed this!

Yeah, this has a combination of comedy and action that you do not see much of these days. I really got a kick out of the background music and the acting was spot on. The timing was good and the movie just kept rolling. I was not bored and really enjoyed what I saw.It kept your interest all the way through. You see one group of actors and then, moments later, a new set comes onto the screen and you get wrapped up in what they are doing. The camera work was good. Steady as a rock, unlike some other indie films where the scene just shakes like a roller coaster. I was able to relate to the urban background; nothing phony about that. You can tell Mr.Lee is a guy from New York City itself. Nothing plastic and all the reel deal.
