You probably weren't expecting to see Lil Wayne and Jeff Goldblum starring in the same Super Bowl ad, but thanks to Apartments.com's "Moving Day #MovinOnUp" spot, they are! Also in the mix is George Washington, or rather, an actor portraying the first president of the United States. The clip is set to The Jeffersons' catchy theme song, "Movin' On Up," and while this all seems innocent enough so far, it's causing some controversy already. In the clip, Goldblum plays a "Silicon Valley Maverick" who is quite literally moving on up to a deluxe apartment in the sky. Rlj Entertainment has acquired U.S. and Canadian rights to the Kurt Russell, Patrick Wilson and Matthew Fox-led western "Bone Tomahawk" which will premiere at Fantastic Fest next month.
S. Craig Zahler helmed the project about an unlikely team of gunslingers who set out to bring a group of settlers home after they're kidnapped by ruthless cannibal savages. [Source: THR]
Mad Max: The Wastelands
Though there's demand for it, talk of a sequel to "Mad Max: Fury Road" remains premature at this point it would seem. Though having already scored a rumored title - "Mad Max: The Wasteland" - "Fury Road" star Charlize Theron did not seem to know anything about another 'Max' film when asked about it this week.
Speaking with USA Today, Theron says: "What's Wasteland? This is all news to me. I have not heard anything like that."
