Sex & Nudity

  • There are a few brief references to a cat getting castrated by a vet.
  • Bare-chested man is seen as man in bathtub steps out, puts towel around waist and is bare chested for the scene, in hospital, and man is seen in his underwear. No explicit nudity.
  • Some flirting between two characters.

  • A man is seen slumped on a pavement. He has overdosed on drugs.
  • A fight breaks out, just scuffles.

Profanity

  • There is some use of mild bad language - including uses of 'bloody', 'bullshit', 'dickhead', 'piss off', 'screw yourself' and 'shit'.

  • Only discreet depictions of illegal drug use are featured in the film, and do not promote or endorse drug abuse.
  • The film contains several references to drug use, but it is portrayed as a consequential act and is not encouraging..
  • In one scene, a man takes out a packet of white powder and shows it to his friend. The two of them then pass out in a car, with white powder on their nose and lip areas subsequently seen.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • A man dies from drug overdose which can be very intense

  • A man hallucinates and is seen "fitting" whilst coming off drugs.

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

  • In another scene, a man lies motionless on the sidewalk, with a used syringe next to him. His friend tries to resuscitate him but realizes that he has died from a drug overdose.
  • On the whole, as the film touches on the protagonist's rehabilitation process, it clearly discourages drug use and portrays the dangers of drug addiction.
