During the car chase towards the end, the red hatchback switches from being on either side of the Camero from shot-to-shot. This is most apparent in the shot where the hatchback veers left, but then is suddenly on the right side of the Camero.
THE PHONE CALL TO PAUL'S DEAD WIFE: As revealed in the end, Paul was already aware that his wife was dead all along (wrapped in a red tarp)... So who was it that answered the call he made to "prove" to the cop that she was alive? The actual voice speaking is that of the actress who portrays his wife (Stephanie Honoré) except she is deceased by that point. This is never explained, addressed, or brought up again by anyone in the film.
After the character named Rebecca drags Paul's body free from the burning house, the Closed Captioning mistakenly identifies her dialogue under the name "Karen" (a character who has been dead since Act 1).
