She walks away, gets the guitar and tells Alex that he knows what Jimmy is like "when he's full of crap," adding, "you're 100 percent his son."
The cat guy tells Stephanie and Callie that he didn't like who he was and went all in to change it. Callie admires this. He asks (for a second time) about a little girl who'd gotten her head hit badly in the car accident, but Callie says they can't share patient information. The cat guy sadly assumes it's bad news.
Leah tells Jackson while they're in surgery that he could have warned Stephanie instead of humiliating her in front of everyone. He says he's miserable about what he did to her and says he had "no idea" he was going to do it. It just happened. Leah says that now Stephanie, Jackson and April are all alone.

Then she encourages him to make more good ones.

They had a collision, both went down. Becher had a brain bleed that night and has been in long-term care ever since. Meredith says she's furious and has no room for sympathy because Derek is like a superhero and won't just admit that he wants to do the research project for the president. He says he can't turn it down. His phone rings and Meredith picks up, saying Derek can't come to the phone "because he is fighting with his wife." Meredith tells Derek it's the White House, but then admits it's Hunt -- she's not nuts. An emergency board meeting has been called.
In the boardroom, Hunt walks in and announces that a surgical resident has lodged three separate complaints -- sexual harassment, quid pro quo harassment and hostile work environment. Everyone wonders who it is, but Hunt says H.R. won't release that. Jackson looks stunned and asks if there's any way he can talk to the person and clear the air. Hunt says it's about more than one person, but the whole hospital. He says, "we are too often letting our personal lives disrupt our work," and admits that none of them are guilt-free, including himself. He passes around H.R.'s recommendations, including a zero-tolerance policy on sexual relationships between superiors and subordinates. Already-married couples are exempt.
