BORDERLINE is an indie thriller from Spain that has a similar setting to the excellent KING OF THE HILL. There the similarities end. The story is about two sisters who go on a long hike in order to scatter their mother's ashes. There's plenty of soul-searching en route, none of it remotely interesting, as well as some attractive scenery. What little story there is is dragged out to the extreme, and the only incident of note is at the weird climax.
