- Several disturbing shots are shown when Scrat is stuck inside the teleport platform along with his acorn and has the nuts replacing his nipples or in his orbits instead the eyeballs. Played in a comical way.
- Buck fights feathered dinosaurs who are trying to steal a triceratops egg.
- Sid's eyes and nose swell when exposed to poison oak.
- In one scene, a door repeatedly closes on Scrat, flattening him, and one even squishes him into a zigzag shape, but, being Scrat, he recovers.
- Various characters are either injured or harmed by meteorites when near them.
- Scrat inadvertently turns up the gravity in a spaceship, which causes his skin to flop and show his skeleton, but he puts it back and survives. Then, the acorn, made very heavy by the enhanced gravity, rolls over him, which looks painful.
- Julian, despite having a long tusk, trips and falls over comically.

- In one scene, Buck falls off a cliff but clearly knows what he's doing.
- Manny worries about Peaches leaving him.
- Scrat uses a tractor beam and inadvertently sends part of Jupiter's Red Spot to Earth, creating electric sparks that are drawn to magnetic rocks and endanger the protagonists.

Frightening & Intense Scenes
- During the Wedding scene (ending), Peaches becomes worried while getting married, Manny and Ellie comfort her and hug her before she gets married. This is emotional, but very heartwarming.
- The climax where the asteroid is getting closer, and the characters are about to succumb to such a dark fate, can be frightening to everyone. The good thing is, the asteroid gets pulled off course by flying magnetic crystals.
