This very well made and elegant little short is about a mother having dinner with her young daughter who stubbornly refuses to eat her food, so the mother discusses their family's proud heritage and love of fine dining and I really like it because, while you can smell the cannibalistic vibe almost instantly, it's so on the nose that you start to think the short may not be heading where you think it is, but um no! It's fully revealed exactly what it is they're having for supper, or who, in an impressive macabre display! I love how it establishes an eerie tone just by the monologue of the eccentric mother, and it's a creepy notion that the family have been eating people for generations and she's teaching the latest generation of her own little daughter the joys of learning to truly appreciate the love of meat! Very good and well presented short film and one of the best cannibalism themed ones I've seen 💀 🌹
