The opening scene where the kid is yelling "It's people!" Is a reference to Cuando el destino nos alcance (1973).
At the bar when Angela reminds Brennan that she is married, Brennan states that she is still single because she is "invoking Gödel's Closed Timelike Curve with a Lorentzian Manifold." This is a physics theory that considers the possibility of time travel in which a particle can be returned to its starting point in a Closed Timelike Curve. Basically, Brennan is using complex physics terms and theories to say that she is pretending that this is a pre-wedding bachelorette party, so she can dance and flirt with other men as if she were unmarried.
The "facts" that Bones states concerning GMOs are backwards from the actual truths about them.
