A man kills another man by smashing his head in with a gym weight. This scene is EXTREMELY gory and graphic as you see them man's face and skull get caved in with each blow until his head is a squashed, bloody mess. Very shocking scene.

In one torture scene the captors force a power drill into a man's kneecap before finishing him off by drilling into his forehead. This scene is EXTREMELY bloody, graphic and upsetting as the captors seem to be laughing and enjoying it. You see the drill entering his kneecap in closeup (and the camera lingers on it) but not the head (just lots of blood pouring down the face). This is one of the most shocking and sadistic scenes in any TV show or film and is more like a scene from a horror movie.

A man is burned alive in a torture scene. Graphic and upsetting.

This show is extremely bloody and violent with bloody graphic violence occurring in almost every episode. This show is easily one of the most violent and bloody shows ever made and is comparable to Game of Thrones on this front, if not worse. The gym weight and drill scene alone are among the most shocking, brutal, bloody violent scenes ever made. There is also violence towards towards women and children.

A man is unexpectedly stabbed repeatedly from behind with a large knife. Very bloody and shocking.

Dozens of people shot in the head, often from point blank range with blood and brain matter spraying everywhere on nearly all occasions. One occasion you see a character repeatedly shot in the face from close range and you see the bullet holes puncturing his face. Very graphic.

A man is tortured for information by shooting a nail gun into him several times. Pretty graphic.

A man shoots his own son in the head, killing him instantly. Fairly graphic but more upsetting due to the nature of the scene.

Several scenes of people having their throat cut. All graphic and very bloody.

Just about every profanity in the dictionary is used frequently, along with derogatory terms for minorities.

Alcohol, cocaine, cough syrup, and prescription medication are used. Sometimes by minors.

The many deaths of drug dealers, law enforcement, government agents, and civilians will disturb some.
